I have super sensitive teeth- cannot use regular whitening strips at all. These pens have never caused any sensitivity or discomfort and they WORK! I went to the dentist after using them regularly for about 7-8 months. The hygienist told me that my teeth were the cleanest she had ever seen, without any staining. I said thank you and did not tell her about the pot of coffee I drank that morning. I follow the directions by drying off my teeth before applying and letting it dry before closing my lips. I ordered a single one to try. Clear tube so you could see when it was empty, twist bottom, easy to use, worked well, good price. So I ordered two more 4 count boxes. Just opened one and all four are dry! Will not feed out any liquid. New tubing is terrible! Solid blue, cannot see liquid level, wonder why? Dry! Click button to feed instead of a twist bottom. Clicked each one forever , no liquid, dry! Wasted a bunch of money on these and they lost a loyal customer. Rip off!!!! After this review I was immediately contacted by the company and sent replacement gels. Very good customer service and completely backs their product. I’ve used these pens for a long time and liked them, but the packaging was recently changed and not for the better. The tubes before had a twist bottom and were transparent so you could see how much product was remaining. The newer tubes are not see through, so they are empty with no warning. If you have no more, you would have to order and wait a week or so before receiving a new batch. Also, instead of the previous twist bottom, the newer tubes have a button at the base that you have to click to get the gel out. The button is a nuisance to use and often gets stuck so you have to bang it on a countertop to get it unstuck. Sometimes even that doesn’t work. Eventually, the button stays closed, which is apparently the sign that the tube is empty. Is it? How would you know? Read more

Recommended by a friend, I've been absolutely overwhelmed by how well they work. I feel like I have brand new teeth! Be sure to follow the instructions carefully, is not just a matter of not drinking and eating immediately, but you want to try to keep your head upright. Sometimes I make the mistake of leaning over, forgetting that I don't want to get any extra fluid over the area being treated, and I feel like that's a waste when I do that. Do be sure to keep this stuff away from your lips. When I've aggressively used it, which is a way of saying I've used it more than once a day, and if I'm not thoughtful about waiting that 30 to 60 seconds before I gently close my lips over my teeth, I do get burny lips. This product has helped immensely. My teeth are too sensitive to have them bleached at the dentist. After brushing my teeth I let it set on my teeth for a couple of minutes. Then I brush each tooth with the bleach on it. (As I have aged my teeth have become stained and dull). It sure brightens my teeth. Are they a bright bright white? No. But they do what I need. It makes me want to smile more!☺️. You do have to stay diligent using this product. My family and friends have noticed that something is different. I had high hopes for this teeth whitening pen, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. After several uses, I saw no noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth. Worse, the gel made my gums feel uncomfortable and slightly irritated, even though it claims to be low-sensitivity. I followed the instructions carefully, but the results were disappointing.
