The right product arrived but in the wrong size. I ordered 9.5 and received size 9. This is why I returned them. The boots are very comfortable. They looks nice on. Unfortunately they don't wear as well as I had hoped because the heels wear down fairly quickly and the top of the boot gets scratched up easily. I still ordered them again. I'm a boot girl, so I own lots of boots. Tall boots, booties, heeled boots etc. Boots are one of my biggest shopping weaknesses and a girl can never have too many boots. These are lovely! I got a size 10 and they fit a smidge loose but once I put the inserts that came with them in the package, they fit perfectly. They look exactly like the picture, and have a modest heel, especially for us tall ladies. I'm 5'11 and I'll wear 4 inch heels but these are about 2 inches and they look great. I saw the reviews but did NOT expect them to be THIS orange. I liked the style and the color on the description images but when it arrived I was taken back by how orange they were. They are a little smaller then expected as well and not entirely comfortable either. I’m not sure how to style this color orange but the style of the boot overall is cute and the heal isn’t to big. The minute I put these boots on my feet I knew I’d found the pair! I’ve been looking for awhile and I needed a boot without big heels. They are comfortable and very stylish looking. Though I could take a star off because it has a scuff on the left boot (I’ll cover it with marker) it also has a scuff on the right heel. My husband reminded me no one will notice. They even had a package of insoles in the box, I didn’t need to use them or my foot would have felt too tight. I highly recommend these. I’m looking to buy another color right now! Update: they scuffed within a week and I didn’t do anything but walk From the parking lot to my office. I’ve been using a sharpie to cover the scuff marks but you can still see the marks. Read more

I ordered 3 pairs of brown booties to try, thank goodness for Amazon Prime!! The two others were a pair of the Lucky Brand, and a brand called Jeossy. The Lucky ones were stiff and uncomfortable, unforgiving on my feet. The “Jeossy” brand, wayyyyy too orange in color and wildly cramped in the toe box. This brand though — these had the least amount of reviews from all 3 (still mostly great ratings though) and they are easily the most comfortable, came with a complimentary pair of nice squishy insoles you can add, plenty of toe box space, comfy around the ankles. I did order a half size up, just in case. And I do feel like the material will be susceptible to easy scuffing, but honestly I don’t always mind that “weathered” look. My only slight issue is they are definitely more orange looking than the listing photos show. Not brown. The orange isn’t tooooo bad….
