They’re pleasant slippers, just very wide & large! I had considered returning them- to check for a smaller size. My size is at least an inch wider than my feet and 3/4 inch longer! Socks don’t take that much space. The length isn’t as off as the width- I could have a couple extra toes & these slippers would likely fit. I ordered these slippers in size 9/10, which works well with my usual size 9-1/2. They're warm and soft with generous non-slip sole. I've only worn them a few days so I cannot comment on durability, and I don't detect much arch support, but I count on my shoes for that.
