I LOVE this jacket!
If you have read any of my other reviews, you know that I almost always give extra credit for what I perceive as a 'wow' factor. I did not have high hopes for this for several reasons, and I'm going to tell you why. First, there is an unusually high number of low-quality jackets like this in circulation that don't have any lining, use material that is too thin, cheap feeling, or the color is off in some way. I can honestly say that this jacket has none of those issues. I am a collector of trench coats and jackets; I feel like you can never have enough, regardless of how thick or thin they are, or their style, color, and cut. This jacket strikes me as a casual, everyday trench jacket if you must have one. It is sized and cut for many different body types, in my opinion. It's short, but not cropped. This is also the type of jacket that could be worn by both mature women and younger ladies alike. It's very feminine and the size is true to size. I am 5'9" tall and 147 pounds; I ordered a medium for the length of the sleeves and it fit just fine. We all know there's nothing worse than having to return something and waiting again to get the proper size! I would definitely order this in more colors if they were made available.
