This is my favorite mascarpone. I have tried a few other brands and was not pleased. This one has a much thicker consistency than the belgelioso does. The only kind of cheese I will use on my desserts, peach cobbler, French toast, strawberry preserves, peach preserves banana toast options are unlimited. It's creamier, and it spreads much more easily than other mascarpone brands. Good milky flavor too. When I make tiramisu, I sometimes use other brands, because i'm whisking the cheese soften it anyways, and I'm adding eggyolk so I feel like flavor of the cheese doesn't matter THAT much.
