This thing works very well, keeps the xbox nice and sturdy with no chance of falling over. My cat has tried as he's kinda a jerk and likes to knock things over or off of shelves. Not happening with this stand. He seemed crushed when he tried and it didn't budge. Victory Mr mittens, victory. Also, this thing keeps the heat out of the console pretty well as the fans do awesome. I got this a time before the Xbox arrived, turned it on messed around with it making sure all the ports work. Xbox series s arrived three this bad boy under it and it works likes a charm, it does make some noise nothing crazy or out of the ordinary just typical fan noise. Works great. However, it seems to only charge the Microsoft brand rechargeable battery. Also all of the led lights stay on constantly even when xbox is powered off. Other than that it charges the controllers great and keeps my xbox cool. Read more

I like the product and the fact that it has the USB plugs that are charging my headphones without any problem. The only issue I am having is that the charger for the controller (both sides) does not appear to work. In fact it seems to be draining the battery life on the controller. After charging the controller all night when I turned on the XBox the next day it warned me the batteries were low. This was only after a hour of setting the XBox up the night before. The controller stopped working within the first hour on the second day. I replaced the batteries, used the console for a couple of hours. Put the controller on the charger and here it is day three since I received the new XBox and once again I am being warned the batteries are low....I did not even play any game today, just did some maintenance to set up a new WIFI booster connected for the system. I have been playing with XBox controllers for years and this is the first time I have seen the battery drain within an hour or two of use. I have ordered a cable for the charger to see if the problem is the stand or maybe within the controller itself. Will update when I have more information. Read more

You have to use some force to get the controllers onto the station and the first time we pulled it up the metal USB C piece broke off. Further, after the first day, the controller died, so I'm not even sure what is being charged. The controller came with two AA batteries, and while I understand those aren't rechargeable, I thought that they were maybe back ups to an internal charge that was being charged by this device. Cleary that wasn't the case, so no clue what IS being charged. Read more

I just wanted a stand nothing more nothing less. What I got was a great way to cool my Series X. I was concerned that I'd take up one of the usb slots by using the device. We got this for our son when we purchased the X Box. He loves it. His headphones sit right over the console when not in use, which is perfect.
