So, here are some important things to know. 1. This is a great machine and for Grad Parties, etc. serving 300 cups/cones is no problem. 2. Check your settings. If your ice cream is too soft do a few thins. Hold the setup button for 5 sec which brings up transmission speed. Press the "Hard" button to increase from speed 3 to 6. For me, this produced the best product. Lastly, if your belts start making a squeaking sound, don't sweat it. Simply take the 4 screws that hold the left side on off and tighten the belt. Makes soft serve in under 15 minutes, easy to use, easy to clear but a bear to move! lol a unit this size isn’t made to be moved around, but this GMA bought it for grandkids graduation open houses! Quickly became the hit of the party! Only caution is getting adequate power without in fluctuation, that’s extremely important!
