This mat is exactly what I was looking for - perfect thickness for HIIT workouts. Excellent traction with or without shoes. Fairly heavy weight - although not as heavy as rubber. Stays firmly in place throughout my workouts. The price I paid for the 8’x5’ mat was incredibly low compared to other brands who offer the same product. Based on the thickness and construction, I imagine that this will last a long time. Read more

I was planning on putting this in my garage, but after inspecting it.. it seems it's quality is way too good for garage and won't be dirtied and thrown away after a few weeks/months. So I put it in my house to work out on. Very easy to set up and seems very slip resistant so far. I liked the support and cushion it gives, but yet still firm enough to do anything on. Doesn't seem like it's going to be breaking down anytime soon. Read more

This mat is exactly what I need and the price was exactly what I wanted to spend (it was around $55). The size, thickness and grip are perfect for weight training, resistance training and pilates. This mat is excellent for my basement, adding both comfort and practicality to the space. It has a tendency to adhere to the floor if left in one position for too long, particularly during the warm summer months when the air can be quite humid.
