Could you just been one of those ones that didn't mechanically work not due to the seller but due to having a mechanical failure. So as of now it's just a normal silicone butt plug. This is very small. Otherwise, I really like it because it is well made. The silicone surface is smooth and of good quality. It comes with a charge cord, a remote and a nice little storage bag. The remote is well made. I have others that are junk, but this one isn’t. The vibrations are strong enough to create arousal and the rotations are pleasant. It is quiet enough to use in public on vibration. The rotation feature makes it a bit too loud for my comfort. Easy to wash off (it doesn’t go very deep so doesn’t get too messy)and charge up. It lasts me over an hour when fully charged. My two complaints and reason for 4 stars is it is very small and not supported by a phone app. It doesn’t reach my p, but does stimulate other parts enough to make it worthwhile.
