Great toy. And great customer service. The initial item I received buzzed loudly when used. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one. Once I received the new one, it worked perfectly and did the job! Would have given 5 stars except the first item I got had an issue buzzing. The remote control is easy to use. Charged the toy and turned it on and only one part vibrated, after about 4 minutes it just quit and would not turn back on. I put a battery in the accompanied remote and the lights on the remote control flash but nothing happens, tried and long press and a short press several times. Nothing happened. I attempted successfully to recharge the toy and as before one part vibrated, (I did not keep it on long at all so not sure if how long it would have lasted. Remote still not working.
