Update- seller reached out to offer an unsolicited refund. I accepted. Refund never came. Mmm not so amazing. I really had high hopes for this to work. I bought it initially for my chronic plantar fasciitis, but all I did was chase it around the floor with my foot, it would not stay stationary. I also tried it for my IT band, hips, low back, and neck. It really didn't work the wonders that I hoped.
