This is great for those days that you don’t feel like working out. It has Bluetooth and you can use it in so many ways, even the instructions tell you how many workouts you can do! I really love this vibration plate! My blood gets a flowing! I wish you could put it on a level yourself instead of presets. Otherwise this is nice. Use it daily so far no issues. Have not hooked up music yet. Love that it came with exercise bands of all kinds. Remote is simple and works good too. Its a little wobbly at first because it's supposed to be. Size is good too.
