So this is really neat thing! It has so many levels and modes I don’t even try them all. I am a beginner so I am starting very low. I love the bands with the plate. I can do my arms and squats all while on the lymphatic plate. I love the remote. Only thing I’m not sure about is the nodules on the plate. They do hurt w just socks on. The noise is very quiet. A Great Addition to my workout routine, I heard about this in the past but never tried it, it came across as a suggestion and I got it to try it. I have now added it to the starting of my routine. it has alot of different settings and I have started it on the lowest setting and it moves my body 100%, the remote control is also handy as you can adjust it on the fly. feels solid and does have make noise at higher settings but thats not an issue as for it to move that much I accept it will make noise.
