This device is fun to use after a workout. Loosens on all tired muscles. The controls need to be figured out initially, but everything works as it should. As often is the case, the written instructions leave something to be desired. I particularly like the hand-held controller for cycling through the walk, run, sprint stages. There appear to be some programs as well, but that I haven't tried to figure those out yet. What is easily available is good enough for me. Another feature of this model is of particular importance to me. I am elderly and my balance leaves a lot to be desired. This machine fits perfectly between the legs of my walker, the only thing I really use that for. It allows me to hold on when I find it necessary, so this would be a particularly appropriate device for someone who needs that kind of assistance, be it from injury or from age. Not noisy at all. Won't bother the neighbors or the dog. It is advised against wearing your watch while using, but mine really doesn't seem bothered. I absolutely love the vibration machine. I have lost a lot of weight over the past couple yrs. But I need to lose a few pounds and tone up a few area, but I’m unable to exercise for long periods of time. So I can use this to help with those. Overall I am pleasantly surprised with this. It was easy to start using this and I have increased the speed and duration. I feel less stiffness in my legs after a long day of being on my feet.
