We decided to try the vibration plate craze so we bought this model from Renoj (we have had good luck with their items in the past). The device is very sturdy and appears to be well made. It was easy to setup - just add two AAA batteries to the remote then plug it in. Instruction manual warns about getting dizzy when you start using; we did not have this issue as long as we were focusing on something in front of us. The unit comes with a built-in Bluetooth speaker which connected to our iPhone with no problem, but we preferred using headphones. The package includes resistance bands which can connect to the side of the device; they are also helpful to steady yourself when you are getting used to the vibration.
