This is very helpful for people that find it difficult to do low impact exercise or walking due to pain. I’ve had 2 hip replacements and it has made my lower extremities stronger at 10mins a day and I got it only about a week ago. Very happy with it and wished I’d got it sooner. Read more
Works well. My chiropractor has a type of this machine to help drain/circulate lymph, and I feel like it can't hurt even if it doesn't have all the benefits people use it for. It takes a little getting used to. For older people especially, you may want to have a handle of some type nearby. It's made more difficult because it's not as big of a standing pad as I'm used to. Works well though. The remote is handy. The weight limit is 450 lbs. There are a ton of speed levels. I'm happy with it. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I'll start with the cons, so I can end on a good note. Cons: 1) The power cord is too short. Had to use a heavy duty extension cord because it is also a 3-pronged plug. I mean this will depend on where you are using it of course. But in general, too short. 2) Those tension band straps are too short as well! If you're gonna make equipment unisex, you gotta include different size options, or parts that can extend. I am 6ft tall with long arms and legs. Those straps can't even come up to my chest! 3) Sound quality is only decent. No bass, one speaker underneath, and mainly just mid-range and treble frequencies. 4) Instruction Manual doesn't explain the bluetooth option well. Thank God it's easy though. 5) Those nodes on the pad feel uncomfortable with bare feet and hands. So wear either gloves, use a towel, and have on shoes when doing some of the exercises from the manual. Pros: 1) I haven't used it enough to reap full benefits yet. But I think combined with good diet, weights, and a consistent routine, you will reap some nice benefits. 2) That remote is a lifesaver because then you don't have to keep bending down every time you need to make adjustments. 3) Though the sound is just decent, it is still cool to have, and be able to control it with the remote. Also having it accept USB sticks is another plus if you don't wanna bother with bluetooth. 4) With slight positions and movements, it targets specific muscle groups very well. 5) It does move your lymphatic system because after using it, I had a 2 or 3 trips to the bathroom, lol.
