I have used these vibration plates before. I do like this one as its a great size and it comes with a remote making it easy to adjust. It does take some time getting used to but I do feel they will help with overall wellness. I have consistent back pain and I use it for about 10 mins in the morning and 10 at night to help loosen my muscles up. Definitely recommend! Read more
This is a great option for vibration plates. It is sturdy and cushioned for your feet. I will say the cushion was weird for me while I used it. It kind of hurt my feet, which my other one doesn’t. The controls are easier to use than the one I currently have, just speed and time. I don’t know much about these plates, but it does have mode options as well, but I’m not sure what they’re for. The screen is bright and easy to see, and you can connect your phone if you want for music or watching videos. The remote is simple, and easy to use.
