Ever since I received my vibration plate, all I have done so far to get me started is 10 min, 3 x a day. And it’s been a life saver. It’s given me a reason and much energy to self motivate myself since it’s been a bit since I’ve worked out. It’s very important to train your mind that it doesn’t have to be strenuous, kill your self exercises for better results and improve your performance. It’s great on my whole body, I feel great because blood circulation , the vibrating all over my body, my osteoarthritis doesn’t bother me anymore as much as it used to. I was looking for a foot exerciser one of those you can sit on a chair and cycle for an elderly friend of mine who was suffering with blood circulation. I had heard about ways to drain the lymphatic system from a herbalist and one of the ways was getting in a vibration machines. I thought to myself “this is high tech” idk if I wanted to stretch out like that so I started pricing them and that’s when I found this vibrational plate. I figured why not? It’ll get the job done and probably do away with this every day stiffness from aging bones. I went to YouTube for recommendations and saw a plate similar to this one; in fact I went online to see the correct way to use it and get different views on it’s benefits, pros and cons. I saw several V Plates. I immediately decided it may be good for me as well. My friend’s adult children thought that bcuz their mom was doing PT she didn’t need it! After several YouTube reviews I decided to try it! I ordered it and immediately started doing the exercises. It’s very easy to operate. There’s a on/off button at the back of the plate with the different levels on the top. Its recommended usage is for 10 mins and the levels run from 1-4. It also comes with a handbook! A big plus for me! I chose the 4 because of my age as I’m over 60. I have my 9yo granddaughter on level 1. It’s a flush out of the lymphatic system to reduce swelling and things like that. If u’re not fully hydrated before u get on, your skin will itch like crazy so make sure you’re fully hydrated. Go to YouTube and I’m sure you’ll find an exercise program that’ll work for you. Ask questions they’ll answer you, I’ve been using this for quite a few weeks and it’s helped me lose my belly fat along with my treadmill. The treadmill helped me lose 10lbs over the months so the combinations work. It’s a stress reliever for me. I do leg exercises arm and shoulder rotations and squats and you can get a lot done in 10 mins. I’m not heavily into “working out” I just do enough to get my blood flowing so this works for me. I recently learned of the benefits of vibration plates. I quickly found out that as usual they are mostly way out of my price range coming in at $300-$3500. I came to amazon to see if there were any decent affordable options. I chose this Pureroyi based on positive reviews and affordability. It was easy to set up, yes the cord is way too short and I have ordered an 8’ cord here on amazon. The remote is okay, not all buttons work. The unit seems very sturdy and well made, its quiet too. It will jostle the hell out of you so, it’s good to be close to a wall the first time you use it. That said, I felt a difference after my first use! My muscles felt stronger and my body felt leaner. I have experienced a def reduction in belly fat in the first few days. I have tested all the settings and usually settle for P2. I did and do recommend amazons warranty for this product. Read more
