The remote could of been easier to work with but the machine itself is GOLD. I lost 7lbs so far in 2 weeks. Not much but for someone who only did 5 to 10 minutes a day, 4 times a week, no diet change, and as a person that was at a plateau for weight loss, this was excellent. My scale is moving again. Now add exercise and a good diet and I can lose some good weight on this. Also leaves the body feeling energized and brings your stress levels down a lot. Very refreshing for my mental health. Also if your overweight, the 400lb capacity is good. You can do squats and all and it is very sturdy. If it is your first time, talk to your doctor and only do 5 minutes a day until your body adjust. I did get light headed the first time using it but afterwards it got easier. You can blast some music through it too but it is loud so make sure you use the remote to adjust volume. Read more

I absolutely love mine! It’s a great price for the good quality! I love the size of it. I’ve tried a few and they are small and I didn’t feel secure. This one has a nice wide base and very sturdy. And the most important thing! I got my curves in my waist back! The only thing that was not 100% were the bands that came with it. They stretched out too much too fast and tore under the plate I guess from the vibration. But overall I am still giving 5 stars because the plate itself it so awesome! Definitely recommend! Had this product exactly 1 week. Used it 5 times. I use it on the highest vibration setting. However, last night when I was on it, all of a sudden the vibration doubled, at least, the highest setting and would not turn off without switching off the emergency switch. You could also smell a slight burning smell. I believe it was a fluke, as the majority of the reviews are great. So, I contacted Amazon about returning it and told them I did not have a box. They said it was fine and take it to ups. I get to UPS and they end up charging me for the box (although once I complained they gave me a discount) but to avoid anymore hassle I just paid the fee. Then, I get home and make sure they are showing it returned and processing my refund and see that is is going to be 30 days before they issue the refund. All the other times I have returned something to Amazon, they issue it once it is turned in to the return shipper. Overall, this whole experience has been bad. Even though the product itself may be OK, the one I got was not and the return was not a good experience either. Read more
