One star because: 1. There is no 0 (zero) star rating. 2. Product was received February 1, 2025 without any instructions, which are required and necessary for understanding usage and care. 3. Amazon page for this product states that the brand is "Btooktops," the product is "sunjun shop," and a "Thank You" card in the package states that customer service can be emailed at service-us@shybunnny.com. This is somewhat confusing due to that many entities. Before contacting Amazon for support, I followed the customer service advice to contact them for support. However, it must be noted that the normal word "bunny" is misspelled in the customer service email address, which I did not see at first. I spelled the email address with the normal spelling of "bunny" and received an "undeliverable" notification a day later. I have since corrected the email to add the third "n" in the email address and resent the request for a copy of the instructions, but not before first contacting Amazon for support in reaching the supplier or someone who might be able to provide a copy of the instructions. Note also that the "Customer Service Team" promises on that card to respond within 24 hours of receiving an email, so I will be watching for that to occur. (Update over 2 days later: No response was received, so another ZERO Stars for this seller/manufacturer/supplier.) 4. Others have rightly complained about the insufficient magnetic strength of the charging cable connector to the product. I was able to carefully achieve enough contact to enable the product to charge, but many people will find this to be a reason to ask for a refund, which is made difficult due to the product being unqualified for a return. All the above aside, the product appears to be in good condition as manufactured. If it weren't for the lack of instructions and poor charger connectivity issues, I'm sure my rating would be much better. I will update the rating if some customer service reply is received.
