Says that the product is silicone, unsure if the product is actually silicone. I am allergic to latex and unfortunately I experienced a pretty severe reaction in a very sensitive region. There is no way to contact customer support for this item. While I understand that I cannot return the item, it is disappointing to know that I wasted my money on a product that gave me a severe allergic reaction and my only option is to throw it away.
