I got this as I was looking for toys to help with my severe erectile dysfunction (I can't "get it up"). Basically looking for toys that can be used by someone small, short, or soft. This one certainly works for those of us with ED, though not as fancy or fun as others toys. I found it pleasant and fun to use, but not entirely "effective". I think it was a good purchase, but I'm still looking.... The sleeve is probably too large for guys who are lesser endowed. I'm of the larger size (even with ED), and is is not very snug and I could pull it off easily, even without lube. The sleeve is 3.5 inches long and the hole is about 1.5 inches to the inside walls, but the nubs reduce that by about .25 inches. This is very soft, stretchy, and comfortable material. While it has very good vibrations and is well-designed and well-built with many varied patterns of strong and weaker vibrations, the sleeve that comes with it does not transfer all of the vibes. Using it directly, without the sleeve, does a pretty good job of shaking things up wherever it touches, even sore muscles. Update: lasted about 4 months. Bummer as I finally figured out exactly how to use it to *bingo*. Basically, put on half way so head is in middle of sleeve. Use a cock ring around sleeve towards base to help hold it on, then let it "swing". I did an "postmortem" and found it is not as waterproof as it said. I'm drying it out and trying it again.
