Super compact, stable, does not smell
I used this with my Canon Powershot Elph 100 HS. It works like you would expect and was very stable. Much better than trying to put the camera on a flat surface and angle it with a coin or twig while not having it tip over! It is super small and light. It takes up about as much room in a pocket as a regular-sized Sharpie pen. Before I got this I saw reviews for tripods that looked exactly the same--just marketed under a different name--and people complained of their smell/outgassing. So I am pleased to report that least the one I was shipped ("Vidpro Flexible Mini Tripod") did not smell at all. It was a concern to me because it was to be kept in my luggage.
