Excellent addition to dinner
This is an easy to do, wonderful way to change up dinner time. The saffron in here is so yummy that you want to have it with every meal! The package has clear directions but you may need to change the time. My gas stove only takes 16 minutes to cook this and instead of waiting for a pot of water to boil I use my Kurig to get hot water so it takes less time overall. Caution first time making watch how high your flame is and keep an eye on the top of the rice. You'll notice the seasoning settles on top when cooking (which is why you stir after it's done) you'll notice the edges get dry and that might be a sign, but if you have the heat too high your rice will burn. It may take you a time or two to get it perfect but once you have it it's wonderful! You can replace potatoes with rice and instead of plain white rice which is boring.
