The first box delivered was bashed up and many pieces were damaged. But when I reached out to the seller, they sent a speedy replacement at no extra charge and didn't require me to return the damaged one. Although it did take about 3 hours to assemble, there were no problems with alignment of the parts and no missing parts! It is a quality product, very sturdy and drawers & locks work smoothly. The finish is really nice and it doesn't look cheap. The castors are a big plus as it is a heavy, solid item and moving it around is easy on the wheels. It's a great value for the price. I love it. To be honest, the dimensions are listed, so it’s not their fault it is smaller than expected. At the same time, the pictures make it seem like it has more room than it does. The file cabinets are sized nicely and the two smaller drawers are decent for getting stuff out of my main drawer. But the other shelves are too small to be functionally useful. It took an hour to put together, and the instructions were mostly easy to follow, but could be a little more clear. The fact that all four drawers are keyed differently is extremely annoying, and they should be keyed the same. In any case, I guess it does provide for some additional “security.” For the what it is, I think it could or should be a little cheaper, but I don’t regret the purchase. Read more

If you're handy with a screwdriver (and probably a drill), I highly recommend this cabinet. There are A LOT of parts, but the fact that they can flat pack something of this size and complexity is pretty impressive. Everything fit together well...the drawers all slide properly, etc. As usual, the instructions aren't the best, so be careful to read through things, and maybe turn something around before you try to force it. Looks nice, seems sturdy. I put it together by myself (62 yo woman). I did almost have the whole thing built and realized the little notches for the locks to go into were facing the rear so I had to take it apart and turn them around. I am very disappointed in the locking mechanism. The steel piece is not long enough to enter the notch in the cabinet far enough to hold the drawers closed when they are locked. The fix would be so easy- make the steel a little longer and then place a steel brace around the notch and it would be secure. Still debating on whether to take it apart and send it back. Read more

Went together easily. Several extra hardware pieces provided 'just-in-case'. All 'wood' pcs were perfect. So many lock keys. Label all 4x2=8 to prevent confusion. Read more

This item was EXTREMELY difficult to assemble- the instructions are extremely confusing. None of the parts work well together- we had to repeatedly take apart and redo in order for screws to lineup, also some of the screws didn’t mount flush(yes they are the right size). Also drawer tracks/glides were already assembled together making it almost impossible to disassemble and add to drawers correctly. Maybe this was a re-box?? Also, item already came chipped. We tried to save some money- should have just bought quality furniture 😩 This is an absolutely horrible product. Read more
