The compressor arrived completely charged, and included a USBC charging cable, as well as the expected accessories for inflating basketballs, etc. My daily driver is a Fiat 500, and since I bought it used over a year ago I have discovered that it has a very, very slow leak in the rear driver's side tire - somewhere. There's nothing obviously penetrating the tire, so I'm thinking it might be around the valve stem. In any event, about once (maybe twice in cold weather) a month I need to add a few PSI to that one tire. Yes, I have a lazy streak at times and it's kind of a pain to get the air compressor out of the trunk and plug it into the 12VDC lighter plug to put a few PSI in one tire. Equally irritating is finding a functional air compressor at a gas station - I might as well be looking for a unicorn. This little compressor fits easily in the glovebox, fires up in seconds, and took less than a minute to bring that tire from 25 PSI up to the recommended 30PSI. Afterwards I checked the battery and found no detectable change in charge. The built-in light is...OK. It's nothing to write home about, though it does have multiple modes (white constant, red slow strobe, etc.) and they all work as described. All in all, I love this little compressor - it makes what was a once or twice a month irritating chore something I can handle easily in under a minute. Read more

Vinid Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor --- If you've not tried one of these compact portable compressors they're super convenient and definitely worth a purchase. I used to overlook them assuming they were too small to be worth having.. now this is my third one. I've got one for every vehicle because they're so handy to have on hand. The bottom line is.. these won't ever replace a full size compressor for certain task but they're awesome to have for routine maintenance as they're so quick and easy to use. They're perfect for checking your tire pressure and topping off a few pounds. Super simple to use and so quick and easy. Basically just turn it on, hook it to your valve stem and it automatically checks and give the current pressure on the display. From there, set the PSI pressure you want on the display and press "Go"...and that's it. It'll now inflate the tire and automatically stop when its reaches the pressure you set it for. Unhook it from your valve stem and your good to go. This just saves all the hassels of a standard compressor for everyday pressure adjustments. It saves getting out the heavy compressor, extension cord, air hose and even the seperate use of a dedicated pressure gauge with swapping back and forth with the air hose to get the perfect PSI. This one, just like my others and all of these small air fillers I've seen all operate the exact same way as I described above. Most all of them and this one included also has a built in flashlight and are rechargable with the ability to act as a power bank and charge your devices such as cell phones when needed. This one has a USB-C input port for charging the unit and a USB-A output port for charging devices. These also have usually about 5-modes which is basically to save several presets. To further explain that, for instance the "car" mode you could set at 35 PSI (or whatever your needed pressure is) and it will save and remember that setting so that the next time its used you don't even have to set the needed pressure it's already set. There's modes for Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Ball.. etc, but all are just a seperate slot to save several custom pressure settings of your choosing and don't have to be used at all. These work well.. and to me are just to handy not to have. The one thing I will caution is they are small and somewhat limited in how hard they can be worked. This particular model actually list this in the instructions.. but everyone of these should.. Let is rest and cool off for 20 to 30 minutes after about 10 minutes of continuous work. They are handy for routine tire pressure checks and worth having but they're size is obvious and they're packed in quite a small package so the ventilation is limited. I've burned one up before over working it in the Texas summer heat.. every since then, when used in moderation they've all done great. I've tested this unit briefly for proper operation and it appears to be fine. I'm going with 4-stars for now as it seems a tad pricey at the current $60 compared to some. That said, if it proves to be exceptional or likewise seems to have issues outside of the service expected I'll be back to adjust accordingly.. And I Will. Seems okay for now.. 4-Stars Read more

This is a very handy inflator which charges USB-C and features a USB-A output jack for emergency power for charging phones, earbuds, or other low-current devices. The size is most convenient for keeping in a vehicle, appears to be very well made, has clear displays and easy-to-understand instructions that really aren't even needed. I was able to top off a large-volume 60 series car tire from 28lbs to 32lbs in 1 minute 45 seconds. Like all of these devices I've ever encountered, this one is loud in operation, and like others, the manufacturer warns to rest the device for cooling after 10 minutes of continuous operation. The color is certainly high-visibility for locating the device after dark in the trunk or storage area of a car, though I might have preferred orange instead of this vivid pink. My wife insists that the pink is absolutely best! It's going in her car anyway, so I'm glad it makes her happy. The pump will not operate while being charged. The top located light is very adequate for emergency use after dark, and features continuous white light, slow-pulsing red, or rapid strobing red. The manufacturer states that SOS mode is one of the settings, and I assume from that they mean the rapid strobing red. The device ships with the inflation hose detached. It screws in with all fittings metallic. The only thing I might have wished for is a screw-on valve stem connector instead of the lever operated pressure collar connector which is provided. Others might disagree, since the type that is provided is certainly quicker to attach. A wide range of pressure settings can be selected in large steps, and fine tuning down to the exact pound is provided with + and - buttons. All controls are included on a heavy black rubber or synthetic circular control pad. I like this product, and will consider getting another for my car, though I already have a heavier 12vdc powered inflator. The combination features provided in the design of this device make it a winner, and it is a good value for the price. I can recommend this product with no qualifications. Read more
