My wife uses these in ALL of her shoes. She has an autoimmune disease and HAS to have something on her feet at all times cuz if she steps wrong, she gets a little bump with a bruise. These have made her feet feel absolutely amazing and she can walk anywhere and wear any shoes as long as this insert is in them. Read more

I will always give Vionic inserts five stars. Nothing compares when it comes to arch support. If you have fallen arches, plantar fasciitis, or spend long hours on your feet, these make a huge difference. I love that you can trim them to fit any pair of shoes. When I worked in fine dining, I used them in my Danskos, and they were even better than the original inserts. I also have their flip flops, which shows how much I trust this brand. Read more
