I was wary about these because they’re so thin, but they are fantastic! I have lower arches, bunions, and sometimes get plantar fasciitis, but these make my shoes sooo comfortable. I put them in my Athlefit Chelsea boots and can wear them alllll day! They're my go-tos for work or just going out. I've tried other ones out, and this worked best for me. I’ve kept these even though I haven’t really used them yet. I know there will be a pair of booties or dress shoes where they will be just the right slim shape. But I have reservations about them. I have the full length version and those have a wonderful curvy height that cups the heel and has arch support which manages to take the strain and stress off my plantar fasciitis and really help it. These do not have that. I thought they would be the exact same, just slimmer and shorter. They are more flat and I don’t think they’re going to provide the same help with the plantar fasciitis. I do think they will be helpful in some shoes where nothing else will fit though. Looking forward to trying them at some point. They fit in perfectly and made my bargain-priced ballet flats feel so much better. And I can switch the inserts from pair to pair if I want. They didn't move around much at all. I have taken their insoles out of my shoes and put them into shoes I could not wear for five min. and wore for seven hours. They are that good. I bought a pair and they really worked for me. They are comfortable and yet substantial so I can wear them with a variety of shoes. I showed them to my Mom. She agreed to try the insoles with her shoes and took them home. A few days later I called to see how she liked them and asked if she wanted me to order some for her.
