This is an amazing closet organizer that was very easy to assemble and, if installed correctly is very sturdy and secure. I purchased two, and was able to consolidate the same amount of clothing from a much larger closet in a previous house into the smaller space of our new closet. Our floors are not carpeted, so it's very stable, but if you anchor it to the wall as instructed, you shouldn't experience it collapsing as others described regardless the kind of floor you set it up on. There are several shelves for shoes or storage bins, lots of overhead storage on the top shelf, shoe storage on the bottom shelf, and four (2 long and 2 short) hanging poles in various locations to provide off season, out of the way storage for so many clothes, jackets and accessories. The assembly is fairly straight forward. If you've ever put together this type of shelving before, you can essentially follow the pictures and figure it out. It's not that hard to assemble by yourself, and after putting the first one together in about 1.5 hours, the second one I assembled without the instructions in about half that time. My husband and I share a small 5x8 walk-in closet that originally just had two standard hanging rods along each side. There just wasn't enough room, so we started pricing built-ins, design-your-own IKEA type systems, etc, and we just couldn't commit to spending thousands of dollars, but we needed something to help us organize. Decided on two of these L-shape racks, and I'm SO glad we did. They fit perfectly in our space, though I did have to reverse the layout on one rack, which was really easy to do. When I initially opened the first box, I was concerned by the number of parts, but after getting the bottom put together, it's pretty straight forward. I'm a 5 foot tall woman and I did both of them by myself in less than 2 hours. Very sturdy, customizable (can easily adjust the height of the shelves and rods, even after assembly), look nice, and seems like they really can hold the weight advertised. We are thrilled! Read more

Just finished assembly: Pros: •decent storage solution •Cheep (Under 200$) •Easy to build (1 hour) Negatives: •The wire shelving would be perfect if it was 1 grade stronger •When assembled to the L shape the inner corner becomes dead space. I would purchase this again. I was going to spend a couple thousand on storage solutions for my Room. I purchased two different products from this manufacturer for under 350$ and solved my issue. Goodness, I fretted over this. We are nearing the end of our whole-house renovations and I needed a closet solution as my rickety wire-rack closet collapsed one night (waking us both up). I'm not ready to do the main closet and bath yet (let me recover from the other renovations) and I just wanted something that was a) sturdy, b) easy to assemble, c) functional and d) good looking. I paired the closet with some lidded wicker baskets to maximize the shelving space (and I do wish you could be 2-3 more shelves) and the result is highly functional and will do for now. Is it a long-term solution? Probably not. But at that point, it can migrate down to the basement for storage of winter gear. Read more
The media could not be loaded. These gold wardrobe racks are awesome! They are very sturdy, and look beautiful. I was also able to put everything together easily myself without asking my hubby for help as well. I highly recommend this product. The media could not be loaded. This is a nice rack and it gets the job done. The color of the gold was a little off from what the picture displays. The picture displays a matte regular gold color and it is actually more of an antique gold color. However, it does feel pretty sturdy once you get all the pieces in place and put together. It was the perfect size for the corner I placed it in, and overall it looks nice for what I need to use it for. It's great if you need extra wardrobe space and you don't want something that looks too bulky in the room. I took off a couple of stars because my package came to me with a big shoe print on the box and upon opening the box some of my shelving was dented where the shoe-print was (I was able to fix it the denting on the shelf surface). Also, the edge of one of shelves was badly dented (couldn't fix that; see pic(s)). Although a little off color and dented in a few spots due to poor care while shipping (the denting is not the manufacturer's fault), I will be keeping it. I do suggest the vendor upload actual photos of the color of the shelving though, and not just have computer graphic renderings of the product. Read more
