Not sturdy at all and do not last
Initially, these seemed to be exactly what I was looking for to use in the shower. Love the color and the adhesive to keep them from falling off the tile is amazing. However, after only a couple of weeks, they started cracking where the swivel is and they all break. I figured that maybe I got a bad batch, so decided to pull the trigger on another set, especially considering the low price. Second set did the same, so now I'm forced to find a better product. Zero-star it truly should be. This so-called heavy duty hook wasn't able to hold a 2.5-lb load for more than hour. That was on a cleaned, marble-tile wall -- among the Applicable Surface examples on the product page. Had three fall-off-the-wall fails. And each time, initial suction seemed very strong. Using less than a quarter of its advertised load capacity (11 lbs), this hook truly ought to have worked like a champ. Clearly, it wasn't up to the job. What about those other, glowing reviews?
