Growing up my family always used Desitin, so that's what I used for my kids as well, initially. However, my wife is from Colombia, and this is the cream her family has always used. Let me tell you --- After using this once, now I know why. It's simply THE BEST cream to protect your baby from Diaper Rash, Skin Irritation, and so on. It's super thick compared to all other creams, and it stays put on the skin where you need it even after several hours of baby playing, moving, and peeing in their diapers. I swear by this cream now, and buy 5+ tubes at a time to be sure we always have a tub in the nightstand, baby diaper bag, my wife's purse, and the kids' bathroom, plus a couple extra tubes. The ONLY negative is specific to this seller on Amazon, is it's more expensive than it should be. I would always buy this from Walmart online for less-than $4 a tube. For some reason, Walmart & Amazon's sellers all have this priced from $5 to OVER $10 a tube... Ridiculous. Best diaper cream ever! Goes on thick and as you rub it in, it turns powdery. This cream forms a fantastic barrier on the skin. I will only use this brand now, it's that great. Vitacilina is not goopy, sticky, gummy, or drippy like most other brands. As I stated above, it forms a nice powdery finish that is not messy at all. It's a clean barrier for your baby's skin. These guys totally have the best and most effective diaper recipe on the market. My colleague recommended this brand after I voiced concern over my daughter's diaper rash. This is the best baby butt cream I have tried for my baby's butt's. It really works well . It get the rash under control by the second time you change your baby's diaper , especially when your baby has diarrhea when there teeth are coming out . I’m not sure what is happening with this formula. The last 2 times I have ordered it, the product is runny. They clearly have changed it from the original, the original formula is thick and that’s what I loved about this product. This new formula is just not it. Read more

Best diaper rash cream ever don’t underestimate this cream it will keep baby’s skin dry and heal diaper rash creams I recommend to everyone and extremely inexpensive. I’m a mother of 3 kids and have tried all and this is hands down #1 and very inexpensive doesn’t hurt to give it a shot if you feel like nothing worked.
