It's too soon for me to report on how effective this is, but the foam is a much easier and consistent way to apply minoxidil treatment than the usual spray. The bottles are decent sized--about twice as big as each spray bottle in a two-bottle package of the spray-on stuff. So far one bottle has lasted me a month with only a few lapses in application. I’ve been using the this foam for about a month now and overall it’s been considerably good. It’s very easy to apply (spreads better when wet.) , but it definitely isn’t fast-drying for me, my hair stays wet for a good 20 minutes and it even creates little bubbles in my hair for a few minutes afterward. It also leaves my hair feeling a bit hard with a slight cast once it dries. The scent is actually really lovely. I have sensitive skin but haven’t experienced any irritation at all, which I really appreciate. It feels very gentle compared to other products I’ve tried. In terms of results, my hair already feels fuller after a month.. So far it seems to be working. It’s too early to tell how much growth I’ll get long-term, but I’m optimistic. Just started Growplex Vitafoam 5% Minoxidil, and I’m keeping my expectations realistic. I’m on a medication that’s making my hair fall out, and honestly I’ve tried a bunch of stuff before this that didn’t do squat. So yeah, i’m a little skeptical. The foam is nice and light, spreads quickly, and absorbs fast. Application is quick, so twice a day isn’t too painful. Bonus: it has biotin, burdock, and ginger, so at least my scalp feels a bit pampered while I wait to see results. Fair warning: I have a sensitive scalp, and I do notice some mild irritation. Not unbearable yet , but it’s there so consider yourself warned if your skin’s delicate. If it gets worse I’ll discontinue use and update review. As far as value at $99.97 for a three pack at the time of review if this works, that’s a solid deal. If not, yeah, not worth it. Only time will tell. My overall first impressions are decent. I can apply it and it is absorbed and dries / goes away completely. There is no significant smell and no color to it. With things like this, results very, but I think this is a good thing to try if you’re experiencing pattern hair loss or bald spots.
