I take four of these every day like clockwork and I am very deficient in vitamin D, and I barely scratches the surface, but I have seen such a great improvement even with just the four a day. Not sure if I feel a difference but they taste nice except for the peach ones. When fresh, they're sweet, flavorful, and nice chewy texture. They do get dry/hard after opening the bottle everyday. Read more
