These eggs are OUTSTANDING for flavor, and once you try them, you'll be spoiled against ever having the cheapest eggs in the case ever again. (These eggs are a bit pricey, however, so I usually stock up when they're on sale.) As consumers, it's important for us to speak with the money we spend; demand for products created a certain way will drive production and eventually lower prices. The industrial food supply chain that provides us with super-cheap eggs also doesn't treat its chickens well - the chickens are barely treated as living beings - which is why the cheap eggs are watery and pale, and don't taste like much. For me, it is REALLY important to support meat/egg farmers who get "certified humane" on their product. Animals that are allowed to be animals - not crated up for their whole lives - live better lives, and it's reflected in the flavor of their meat and eggs. Nowhere is it more readily or easily identifiable than eggs: crack a 79 cent/dozen egg next to one of these eggs, and you'll immediately see what I mean: these have a nice solid egg white, and a vibrantly orange-yellow yolk. Additionally, studies have proven that pasture-raised eggs are healthier than industrial eggs. Win-win all around! And the flavor! I've converted people who say they're not into eggs by serving them these. And if these eggs taste amazing on their own, then they also add great flavor to egg dishes (quiche, etc). They're more expensive, but they're worth it: flavor, appearance, environmentally, and most of all, for the quality of life of the chickens who provide these eggs. Read more

I know egg prices are going up but these are hands down the best eggs, watch for sales if you must but try them for yourself! You get what you pay for, and if these are say $8 you are paying .66 per egg. That's probably cheaper than a bowl of breakfast cereal and far better for you! These have thick shells and very orangey yolks, both a testament to the health of the chickens, you know they're well cared for. I budget my groceries but always make space for these! Read more

I can tell by taste, what the chickens were eating when I eat one of their eggs. These eggs taste very nice, with a yellow/orange yoke (as it should be). Will buy again. Read more

These are seriously good eggs: bright yellow yolks, beautiful shells and an excellent size. I’ve tried lots of small farm and local eggs. Often other providers have inconsistent sizes and questionable quality. That’s never a concern here. These eggs are always fresh, always perfect. Read more
