I like how it came with a string attached to it so you can hang it up. I can’t tell if it’s cut from a single crystal or not, but it doesn’t matter. It’s a block of alum salt. It works like any other alum block. I chose it since it appeared to give you more for the price than other blocks. It comes in a nice burlap-like bag. Though unless you are traveling with it, the bag isn’t very useful on a daily basis. You’re going to want it to dry out and certainly don’t want to put it into the bag while wet.
