The Best D I've Ever Used
These are my favorite D vitamins ever. My naturopath suggested them to me a few years back and I haven't used anything since. Other vitamins didn't seem to work very well, but these start working within a week. I live in the northern US and sun is often absent for much of the winter. We get periods of sun, but I'm indoors. I try to sit in the windows and get anything I can, but I am very Vitamin D deficient. I noticed my daughter suffering the same effects and so I started her on these too. She has terrible acne (which believe it or not can be a side effect of Vitamin D deficiency). When she takes these regularly, her acne starts to clear up (not completely, but every little bit helps). I take these with Adrenogen for my adrenals and they help me from not falling asleep in the middle of the day. Deficiencies are no joke. If I don't keep up on these, I end up depressed, in bed, achy, hair falling out, ect. These help keep me "normal" and I will continue to buy these for me and my family. Read more
