I really loved the results from this product. I can’t do the powders because I can never stay consistent with them but I don’t mind taking pills. I would take 2 or 3 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or evening. I started noticing changes within a couple weeks. I am 37, have 2 kids under 10 and went through a terrible divorce in the past couple years so the stress and biological factors really took a toll on my hair and nails. After taking this product my nails quit breaking and my hair came back to life. The little hairs that would never grow at the front/top of my hairline started growing longer and fuller. I had taken the regular VP collagen capsules before this for a few months, with about a 2 month break in between, and I saw much more dramatic results with the beauty edition. **PLEASE READ** Unfortunately I have a very sensitive system. I ended up going to my doctor to try to figure out why I was so incredibly tired. While the doctor didn’t figure it out, I did research on my own and discovered it was likely the biotin in this product that has a very sedating effect for me. I could not function while I was taking it and I started feeling better once I stopped taking it. I am very disappointed because the results were incredible for me, but it’s not worth ruining my life over. I still am leaving 5 stars because I believe most people will not have this issue but I do want to warn others who may be sensitive as well and may not realize this product is the reason they are so fatigued. However, I wish I would have gotten the powder because these capsules are huge and one dose is 5 pills. 👀 That’s a lot to swallow, but I’m hanging in there.
