This product was recommended to me from family and friends. I use the balm on my badly bruised arms from extended steroid use several times a day. Four weeks later the bruising is starting to fade and my forearms don’t hurt when my husband brushes my skin. The balm is easy to apply, absorbs immediately, non greasy, has not stained my clothes. The scent is not overpowering, can be used anywhere on your skin and joints. The effectiveness depends on your skin and how deep the bruising goes. Over all the quality of the balm looks promising. I do like this product very much, I ordered another brand before which I also liked, but thought to give vitality a try, I use it for a an arthritic knee and I believe it helps with the pain temporarily, good for dry skin also.....hope this review helps. Read more

I have 4 buldging disc in my neck and ankylosing spondylitis. This has been the best balm I've tried and I've literally tried everything. I am in constant pain and this has helped me so much. The smell is light and personally better than smelling like extreme menthol in my opinion. It's not greasy but glides over the skin easily and absorbs well. It's worth the price.
