This product was recommended to me from family and friends. I use the balm on my badly bruised arms from extended steroid use several times a day. Four weeks later the bruising is starting to fade and my forearms don’t hurt when my husband brushes my skin. The balm is easy to apply, absorbs immediately, non greasy, has not stained my clothes. The scent is not overpowering, can be used anywhere on your skin and joints. The effectiveness depends on your skin and how deep the bruising goes. Over all the quality of the balm looks promising. I do like this product very much, I ordered another brand before which I also liked, but thought to give vitality a try, I use it for a an arthritic knee and I believe it helps with the pain temporarily, good for dry skin also.....hope this review helps. Read more

This product was recommended to me by a friend who said it was a mild topical pain reliever. I believe it does serve as a VERY mild pain reliever when applied to painful areas including arthritic joints. It is definitely a good emollient, and it smells nice. I will buy it again. Read more

I have 4 buldging disc in my neck and ankylosing spondylitis. This has been the best balm I've tried and I've literally tried everything. I am in constant pain and this has helped me so much.
