They taste good, are soft, have a strange inner texture, and serving size is three gummies per day, taken with water. I introduced this supplement very slowly, only taking one gummy at first to avoid side effects. I am pleased to report that there are no artificial dyes—instead these fiber gummies claim to use annatto extract and 'vegetable juice'. What vegetables? Secret. GOFOS™, which is the primary ingredient in this product, required research. It is trademarked by Galam Ltd which owns Vitamatic. GOFOS™ is a soluble prebiotic fiber composed of about 95% short-chain fructo-oligosaccharides derived from beets, and all indications verify that it is indeed non-GMO. The other ingredients are pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, starch and 'natural flavors.' I went to this product's website and couldn't find any information about it being third party tested, GMP certified or anything like that, so taking this supplement feels risky. I would expect more transparency from this brand for a supposedly USA made supplement.
