Choose between bare feet and slippers or shoes

I bought this because I had another Vive scale for several years and I liked it. On this one if you use it with bare feet the metal strips pick up the information about BMI etc. and you have to go through several numbers after your weight and then it repeats again. If you just want your body weight then wear something on your feet. I have not tried using the app. I like the scale. The weight display does not Jiggle back-and-forth from one weight to another as the last one did and it seems accurate. Read more

I had bought this for the extra features and app. The app does not work on Android. It constantly crashes and is all but useless. It took me half an hour to pair the device and when it finally did, the app stopped running and has not run since. The scale itself is nice. It does read what it says it is supposed to and it is quick and accurate in doing so. However, the display is [not very clear]? I don't know how else to describe it. It is very refractive and you have to get off the thing to accurately read the display. Looking straight down - it is oddly out of focus. If you step off of it and look at it on an angle you can see it clearly. If I had my time back and half a bother I would have bought a cheaper one. Read more
