I have tried different cleaners for my Invisalign retainers. This one does a good job. I have found that using toothpaste changes the color of the retainer while this cleaner keeps the Invisalign clear and does not change the color. This product is less expensive than other tablets I have used . The process is simple using a container which will hold both parts of your retainer you put one tablet into one cup of water. The tablet starts fizzing and you come back later to a clean retainer. The Vive says it's okay if you leave your retainer soaking all day which is what I like to do so I don't have to deal with it in a timed manner. And then I always make sure to rinse it really well so there is no residue left on the retainer. I have been using the product for about a year and I won't switch unless they raise the price. I came across these after searching for tablets that specifically state they're safe to use on dental retainers, not just dentures. I'm pretty satisfied with how they clean my clear retainers. Sometimes I'll let them soak all day, and sometimes for just an hour or two. I'll give them a quick rinse after the soak, and the gooey food particles practically slide right off! :) Read more
