Update: Still loving these felt pads. If both of my archs had fallen it would be easy to fix with shoes but since it is only one foot these have saved me from back pain. My back has improved with wearing these all the time and wearing good shoes like Birkenstocks or Korks. These are wonderful! I had a partial knee replacement in 2012. Since then my right arch has fallen. In the past year it has caused my back to hurt and my left leg. I am only 52 and have a lot of life to live and am very busy. These are a Godsend. I teach on my feet all day, and I use these everyday. They fit perfectly in any shoe without it causing it to be tight and also work great with flip flops. No pain when I use them. I love that I can peel them to the thickness that I need. I know this is crazy but I can use one for 6 days in a row, and it still sticks. It doesn’t hurt my skin either, and I have very sensitive skin. No other arch supports work because they are to thick. These have answered my prayers. Read more

Update: These do seem to be helping support my arches and relieving pain. Put them on the underneath arch side of the regular shoe inserts and used cloth tape to attach. Just got these today for my athletic shoes which came with removable insert providing a little arch support but not enough. Not sure if these should be placed underneath the shoe insert or on top. Neither really feels right nor does placing them into the shoe and not using the replaceable shoe insert. The answers to a question in the Q & A is why I’m confused. One answer states that her podiatrist attached these to the underside of her shoes inserts but no other reviewers say this nor does the product description although one reviewer photo looks like it was placed underneath the removable shoe insert. You’d think a podiatrist would know best but you never know. Read more

I LOVE the idea of these; closed-toe shoes have the option of an insert, but summer shoes you’re kinda SOL for arch support (even with the most “orthopedic” options). These stick incredibly well, almost too well. And do help support the arch. But they aren’t easy to peel by the layer, or cut to fit. They’re wide and long! It ends up looking pretty sloppy and obnoxious. I don’t regret my purchase, but they could be improved Read more

The instructions indicate that one could split the felt support to reduce its depth. I've tried several times, and so has my physical therapist, resulting in torn and unusable support. I do not recommend this product. Read more

I actually really like these. I have custom orthotics for plantar fasciitis and the arch on one just wasn't high enough. I added one of these and it was so much more comfortable. At my 6 month follow up with the podiatrist they were actually kind of impressed by how close I had gotten this to the spot it needed to be, but also how well this stuff stuck down. I have some shoes that I can't wear my custom orthotics in, so I've put these inside of them. Of course, when I've had to take them out they are not easy to get back up, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. I've used arch pafs before that are able to be repositioned and they always come lose or fall out, which is pretty annoying. These work really well for me, but I get that they may not be great for everyone. I honestly wish they came in different colors so I could match them to the shoes I've put them in. Read more

Could not use as they were all over in the shoe. No placement seemed right. Seemed to be to thick and the wrong shape. Read more
