This device is meant to only work with a panel. Sending push notifications to your phone directly does NOT work if you do not purchase the Vivint Panel. False advertising. Read more

It has sent an alert when my laundry tub splashed water on the floor (and the sensor) sent an alert when the battery was low, and today sent me an alert when water came up through that floor drain again. App is defunct and doesn’t work. Won’t let you sign in or sign up, and therefore doesn’t allow you to activate or connect a device. Completely worthless. Have contacted company for support to no avail. Avoid! Read more
