It was not the easiest thing to assemble (I ended up with a small gap between the two pieces), but the motorized operation is quiet and smooth. Compared to my last sit/stand desk, I love that this one does not require you to hold the button to return to memory positions--just press it and let it go. I was disappointed when my desk stopped working after only two months. However, their customer support was extremely responsive. I used their live chat and we quickly walked through some troubleshooting options I hadn't yet tried and, when they determined my controller was bad, they had me snap a few quick photos to make sure they were sending me the same piece. I received the replacement part in a few days and quickly installed it to return my desk to operation. Read more

So I became a mom during the pandemic and have been wfh since then. With my second pregnancy, the lower back pain got excruciatingly worse even after I had him so all that aside, I'm not sure if it's due to the lack of exercise/sitting or becoming a mom. I was very hesitant by some of the reviews but finally gave in and bought it. I've been going to the chiropractor so that's been helpful but since I bought it, I also bought a little stepper thing to work out on while I work in the morning before my kids wake up while I work and the chiropractor has even noticed a difference. Even on the days I'm hurting, I still make a point to stand and it's been really helpful and helped alleviate some of the pain. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner. Read more
I have nothing but great things to say about this desk. It’s exactly what I needed and was well packaged. There was no damage at all to any of the parts. It was easy to put together and I’m very pleased. Being able to work standing or sitting is great and the motor is very quiet. Read more
