Works great! I like how you can set it in any % and increments. Such as 55%, 56%, 58% and so on. Some only do increments of 5% but not this one! It keeps my 8x3.5 on target all the time. And has a nice sized water tank to fill and lasts much longer then my older smaller humidifier! Awesome buy to add to the Vivosun hub and all works together (Lights, inline exhaust fan, cirulater fans ect) set it and forget it! And has an option for a low water alert so you don't run it dry. Also has a clear strip in the front for a sight glass to see the amount remaining or for filling. This thing is great!!! And having the app allows way more options, and a log chart, with a sensor for accurate temps, humidity, and Vpd!! Game changer!! Read more

This thing is a workhorse and does a great job I’ve had it for almost a month and I love it. My only suggestion is if your going to use the hose make sure you keep it elevated so it doesn’t fill up with water. It also hold a lot of water very easy to fill and looks awesome. Read more

I have a few other VIVOSUN products.. 10/10 on everything.. longevity and efficiency.. I have had the VS 1000 light, for a couple years.. I recently needed a humidifier.. and I got the 9 L (2.38 gallon) one.. the automation to the app is that what absolutely sold me on the Wi-Fi automation in general!! Not only was the humidity/VPD changeable from the app on my phone- I just decided to get the GrubHub and plug in everything!! (Right now that’s just a duct fan and one of my VS 1000 Viva suns) otherwise the current lights I’m running are not supported by the GrubHub.. maybe one day..,! In fact I bought a brand new 6 inch exhaust fan with the same smart Wi-Fi app capability… be cool to have the option changing my environment f While away from the tent .. loving this brand soooo much … slowly building up to my hole set up being Vivosun .. tent, environment, only thing next will be my main lights.. and then I will literally have every single thing controlled through the app!! For right now the lights that I have with timers are fine.. The only thing preventing me from giving this five stars is I feel they should only make the biggest model.. I believe that one holds 19 L. Still awesome… but I should’ve got the biggest one.( my dad’s a plumber so I grabbed one of his condensate pumps. And I have it run about every two or three hours pumping about a half gallon of water into the humidifier so I don’t have to constantly fill it manually) my dad has so many useful things being a plumber lol Read more

The media could not be loaded. This is an excellent humidifier for my plants and tropical bonsai. I bought this specifically to keep my bonsai from drying out when they overwinter inside, and I am very happy with it. The humidifier is easy to program, and has a temperature and humidity probe which is really useful. The humidifier is easy to fill and I’ve not experienced any issues with leaking. Read more

I used this in a 6x8 greenhouse for humidity and temperature monitoring. Initially, the humidity was all over the place, temp monitoring was with 4-5 degree's compared to other sensors. Contacted Vivosun and told to reset the external probe. I did that, the humidity was slightly better, but I felt that this was working way too hard to maintain 60% humidity, lowered to 55% with better results but not ideal. After 10 days I bought the H19 and found that it was able to maintain humidity with almost precision. As for temperature monitoring, I think may have been the external sensor on the H09. They are easy to set-up, wifi monitoring with the app. Ideally it is a good product, just undersized from my project. Read more

I love VIVOSUN products and this humidifier might be at the top of my list! My plants were so sad before and now they are thriving! The connection with the app through WiFi and the sensor probe keep my environment right where it needs to be at all times. I love how easy it is to refill with the top load flap the flips open and pour water right in! I’ve had no leakage issues both using the hose and no hose. It’s super quiet never hear those glug noises you usually hear from humidifiers. The fact you can turn the lights on the machine off are amazing if you want to run it in a tent. Just received this and it leaks from the side it’s like the stopper isn’t connected or sealing correctly , why don’t this have at least a locking seal from the tank to the base another issue if you ever have to move it while it filled with water just get a mop ready , very bad design, have to return it can’t be having a lake or pond I’m glad I’m in my basement and the floors are concrete or the water would drip down to the next floor , I emptied this twice made sure it was level and within minutes all the water seeps out the side this happened twice so I put the pan to catch the water , I now have to mop up water , I didn’t even get to use the hose , I’m glad I caught this because it could have caused an electrical fire being I have wires in the bottom of the tent Refund will send back by this Saturday dec27 2025 Read more

Great humidifier. I was using a smaller humidifier that only held about a half gallon of water and had to be refilled twice a day and still covered a small area. With the VIVOSUN humidifier, it has a capacity of 5 gallons of water, and can be adjusted for the amount of flow. I used it in my greenhouse and it’s the perfect size. Love it! Read more
