No manual or batteries (for remote) included. However, these TVs are pretty self explanatory as they walk you thru the initial setup on its own. The picture quality is fantastic. The sound is deeper than the 24” version. Overall, it’s a great TV for the price. Read more

Sound is very tinty and would not be very good for music, otherwise the tv was in very good shape, appeared new and came repacked in tv box with remote, legs and mounting screws. No remote batteries were included. Read more

I bought a refurbished one.not by choice totally didn't base it marked.however it works fine.I'm disappointed no Bluetooth though. I have speakers I'd like to use but not on this set.I'm needing now to buy the Vizio sound bar.but whatever works.color is great! Connection stands right when viewing. The TV is completely damaged. Didn't evenave a manual with it. The box had been re taped which led me to believe it had been sent back once and it was re sold to me!!!! The picture had colored lines all through it. Also the center of the picture had a mountain shaped area that had a bunch of different colored and lit up lines going in a completely different pattern. I waspromisrd by Amazon that I would receive an Email with a return label within 24 to 48 hours, I was promised it would take no longer, I want my money back YESTERDAY!!!!! IT HAS BEEN 44 HOURS, WHERE IS MY LABEL???? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY ANYMORE. I spend a bunch of money with Amazon prime At least constant for 4+ years. I'm considering buying local again and Amazon is going to lose a good big money spending customer over this. First off, the picture and sound are very nice. The price is nice, too. Many options are available regarding what you want to watch. Changing channels is always a challenge, though. The remote is so tiny, how the heck can anyone see the buttons in low light? I would make it so that all remotes must be backlit. It kind of pisses all over my TV time. And the software is slow to respond as well. Sometimes it may take 5 to 10 seconds to respond when you push a button. But once you get to where you want to be, it's all good, until the next time you want to change channels. I think the bean counters in charge focused too much on saving money by compromising the most valuable component, the remote! And the constant sluggish navigation gives me a headache. I wouldn't recommend you get one of these unless that's all you can afford. So I guess this proves the old clichés that you get what you pay for and nothing is free except bad advice. Read more
