I really appreciate the quality of it, inside and out, as well. The handle on top makes it easy for travel while also looking really nice sitting on my dresser. The mirror inside is handy if you don’t have a larger mirror you’re standing in front of to use, so you’re able to put on whatever, wherever. It’s nice and thick, which helps with protection if it gets bumped or anything. I got the classic black color, which is so pretty, and it looks high end, especially with the lock on the front, and has a nice texture to it. No assembly was required, aside from putting your jewelry inside it. This meets all my needs for the time being, I’ve done some minor traveling with it, the lock is nice and secure, the snaps that hold the sides in are also secure, and it’s overall just a fantastic purchase. The media could not be loaded. I purchased this jewelry organizer because I love jewelry and love to travel. Prior to this I would throw all my jewelry into a toiletries bag and call it a day. However, I was having issues with everything tangling, my earrings breaking. On a whim while getting ready for a trip I looked up Jewelry organizers and came across this one. After one use it has become my favorite travel accessory! All my jewelry was perfectly organized and easy to see. Several of my friends actually requested the link after seeing it! It’s very high quality and the amount of jewelry it holds is impressive. There were several reviews that mentioned the lock being cheap, well think high school diary lock. It’s more of a novelty than an actual security measure. The only down side I found was the side storage which is supposed to be for necklaces isn’t really functional for that use, but I repurposed it to hold pasties and bandaids. Also, it is a bit heavy, especially when full of jewelry so when flying I will likely pack in a carry on. Overall I highly recommend! Read more
The quality and the price ($39+) are an excellent match. I purchased the lavender colored box. The quality of this jewelry box is a lovely soft leathery texture on the outside while soft and silky on the inside. Its construction seems to be strong and steardy, however I bought it for aesthetics for which it passed 100%. I dont believe its something i would travel with and the lock mechanism is to keep children out at best, this is not important for me. If you want something beautiful to store your inexpensive jewelry then this is it. If you have expensive items then buy a safe! This would make a lovely and appreciated gift for any female in your life! One of my favorite purchases here on Amazon.
