The product was poorly made with sub par at best materials. I expected to get a $50 pair of boots. I got cheap Halloween costume boots. Their customer service kept trying to give me 10% off the cost back and kept telling me to give them as a gift to someone else. I don’t think so! They also said they were in school and this was a school project for them. Wow! Took forever to get the money back and many emails. Read more
