Great product with a variety of beautiful colors! Ive bought a few of these now and I continue to be impressed. When I had a issue with one of them, I reached out to customer support and they immediately helped me. They were extremely kind, fast, and understanding, which reassured me and further strengthened my loyalty to both the product and the brand. The blender itself works well and blends smoothly without clumps and is perfect for protein shakes, pre-workout mixes, smoothies, and superfood blends. Its portable and convenient so i dont need to drag around a large traditional blender since the bottle itself is the blender which saves time and reduces the amount of time and stress we all know can come with cleanup especially if you have a busy schedule. I haven't had any leakage issues so id say the seal is nice and tight and the build quality feels sturdy. The battery's rechargeable and lasts a good but not great amount of time between charges but honestly a minor issue as you could just pop onto one while youre doing literally anything since it doesn't take long plus its a nice compact size so you could easily throw it in a gym bag, take to the office, or even go traveling with it which I tend to do. This is a must-have for gym rats, busy professionals, or honestly just anyone who wants a reliable portable blender thats still stylish and easier to clean especially with all the pieces and nooks and crannies you have to go through cleaning in tradition blenders. After leaving my original 3 star review due to the battery dying, I was able to find the customer support contact information on the Voltrx website. Judith was very responsive and let me know that all bottles come with a 12 month warranty. I just had to send a quick video of the battery not working and she shipped me a new bottle and battery within 24 hours. Her customer service was excellent and knowing that they are so willing to help their customers made me redo my review. Great customer service. It was great while it worked. I’ve had it for 3 months and used it basically every day. Today it randomly decided to quit working. It’s fully charged and everything but won’t turn on anymore. The base never got wet so I have no idea why it randomly quit working but it was nice while it lasted. Won’t be buying another since it quit working so quickly. Read more

So I thought I'd write a review as I've now owned 2 of these for just over FOUR years now (one I keep at work and one at home). Both have never failed me, and literally the only difference from when they were new is that instead of a month between battery charges, I now get about 3 weeks of charge before it runs out of juice. 1 hour plugged in and I'm good for another 3 weeks. *As someone who knows a lot about batteries, I largely attribute this long battery life after 4 years to how I charge it. Pro tip.... NEVER leave something charging overnight, even your cell phone (unless you have the built in protection turned on). Small batteries like these are not meant to remain plugged in once they're fully charged, and doing so will kill your battery on average 300% faster than if you'd pulled the device from the charger once it was done. As far as the mixer goes, it's S tier. Strong, lasts forever, mixes everything thoroughly, and had a lot of thought put into the design. You don't even need to use the lid when mixing as long as you don't fill it past a certain point. Honestly, I lost both lids years ago because I never used them. The best part is probably how easy it is to clean. Quick rinse to get the bulk of whatever remainder was in the cup, then refill with warm water about half way, pinch of soap, and turn it on to self clean. Dump and rinse out soap and you're done. I only wipe the inside down with a wash cloth maybe once a week, and even that isn't necessary. That's how good it cleans itself. Get one, you won't regret it. Read more

Got it for mixing collagen powder in water. It was great and did the job. But 4 stars because after daily use over 6 months the plastic around the bottom that attaches the cup and the blending mechanism started chipping and breaking. But for the price and heavy use, I guess you get what you pay for. If you only used it occasionally, it would probably be fine. If you are a daily user, get something higher quality. Read more
