This is adorable. It is a gift for my girlfriend and her new baby boy. So I don’t know how it will look on him, but it appears to be good quality. Some indicate there was little spikes down the back of the outfit. Mine did not come with that and frankly, I am glad. I would prefer a smooth back so that it does not cause discomfort when baby is laying on his back —the extra material pressing into his skin. I prefer a smooth back. The hat is adorable! For reference, I ordered the Navydinosaur color of this outfit. This is by far one of the most adorable little outfits on my son. The white and blue striped onesie underneath is so cute that I even use it with many other different outfits. The buttons on the bottom of the onesie make it easier to change his nappy. The overalls have buttons to make it easy to change him in and out of this piece. The issue with the buttons is that they come undone super easily. The buttons located next to the diaper only stay clipped together for a few minutes before they come apart. This is quite embarrassing when we are out in public. One of my favorite details about this product is the fact that it is made out of pure cotton. I try to stay away from synthetic fibers as much as possible with my son, so cotton is the more desirable fabric for us. There is a cute little dinosaur printed on the front, but the best part is the scales that are sewn on the back. You should see how cute he looks running around the playground with these dinosaur scales on his back! The hat is great at protecting his scalp from getting sunburned. If the buttons functioned properly, I would rate this outfit higher in stars. My son is currently 17 months old and the 18 month size fits perfectly. Read more
